Example 1 — Place a comma
Insert commas in 12345678 using the Indian system.
Solution: 1,23,45,678 (one crore twenty-three lakh forty-five thousand six hundred seventy-eight).
Example 2 — How many lakhs in a crore?
1 crore is how many lakhs?
Solution: 100 lakhs.
