Example 1 — Read 4308
Write the number 4308 in words.
Solution: Four thousand three hundred eight.
Example 2 — Compare 2945 and 2954
Which is bigger?
Solution: Thousands match (2 = 2). Hundreds match (9 = 9). Tens: 4 vs 5, so 2954 is bigger.
